By creating an Any2Image account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Any2Image on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity accepts these terms.

Any2Image provides hosted tools for converting, compressing, resizing, and removing backgrounds from image files.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and data safety, but the services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

You must not use Any2Image to store or process content containing illegal material, malware, or personal data belonging to minors without appropriate consent.

Credit balances are non-transferable. Purchased credits are valid while your account remains active.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@any2image.com.

All Any2Image software, branding, and documentation are owned by Any2Image or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. We only process your files to provide the services you request.

We may suspend or terminate access to Any2Image if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that creates legal or security risk.

You can delete your account at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing support@any2image.com.

Any2Image is provided on an as-is basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Any2Image will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits resulting from your use of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications.

Continued use of Any2Image after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
