General Disclaimer
Any2Image provides automated image conversion tools designed for convenience and productivity. We do not warrant that results will meet your specific requirements or that files will be free from defects.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of converted files before using them in production or distributing them to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Any2Image, its parent company, affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
In all cases, Any2Image’s total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Any2Image in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable Use & Indemnity
You agree not to use Any2Image to infringe on intellectual property rights, violate privacy, or distribute unlawful material.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Any2Image from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these policies.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Any2Image is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such interruptions.
Third-Party Dependencies
The service relies on third-party providers like Amazon Web Services and Stripe. We are not liable for failures attributable to these providers, though we will coordinate with them to resolve issues promptly.
Data Handling
We delete transient processing files after conversions complete, but we cannot guarantee that every deleted file is unrecoverable due to caching or backups. Sensitive files should be encrypted before upload if required by your compliance obligations.
Professional Advice
Any2Image does not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with industry regulations applicable to your business.
