If you connect Google, we receive limited profile details (name, email, avatar URL) via OAuth to authenticate you. We do not access your Google Drive or any other third-party data sources without explicit permission.

Process and deliver the services you request, including image conversions, background removal, and account management.

Maintain security, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Provide support, notify you about product updates, and send transactional emails related to your account.

Analyze aggregated usage to improve Any2Image performance and reliability.

Uploaded files are stored temporarily for the duration of your conversion queue and deleted automatically after processing completes (usually within 24 hours).

Derivative assets that you save manually to Any2Image remain until you delete them or close your account.

Account data is retained while your subscription remains active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest for persistent storage and industry-standard TLS encryption in transit.

You can access, update, or delete your profile details by visiting `/account`.

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@any2image.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Where applicable, you may object to processing or request restrictions in line with GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations.

Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. We only receive basic profile details required to authenticate you.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any2Image never stores your full payment card details.

Support ticketing, analytics, and communication tools may process limited personal data under strict data processing agreements.

Any2Image is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Any2Image after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
