Who operates Any2Image

Any2Image is a product operated by Cameron Low, an individual in Ontario, Canada. This notice covers the public website and Cameron’s hosted image tools. Contact hello@cameronlow.com for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests.

Account and image data

Signing in supplies an email address, account identifier and, when provided by Google, a name and profile image. Google sign-in is used for identity; it does not request access to your Gmail messages or Drive files. Email sign-in codes are delivered by Resend. Session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect authentication.

When you upload or process an image, the service receives its contents, filename, format, size and processing options. Uploaded originals, compressed copies, thumbnails and processed results can be stored with your account. We also keep processing status, credit usage and account or shared-pool records needed to run the service and investigate errors.

Processing can send images to our server and storage. This is not a browser-only service. Upload only material you have permission to process. Avoid identity documents, medical records, intimate images and other sensitive material.

Storage and service providers

The hosted application runs on Hostinger infrastructure in the United States. Images are stored in Amazon Web Services S3 in the US East (Ohio) region, with server-side encryption configured. Signed download links grant temporary access to the file to anyone who has the link; keep them private.

Google provides optional sign-in, Resend delivers authentication email, and Cloudflare routes messages sent to our contact address to Google’s email service. These providers process data to supply their services. Data processed outside Canada may be accessible under the laws of those countries. Background-removal models may be downloaded from their distribution providers; image processing itself runs in the browser or on our server, depending on the tool path.

Retention and deletion

Stored uploads and results do not currently expire automatically after 24 hours. Use Uploads or Saved Images to remove stored files. Account deletion attempts to remove your account, stored images and account-linked processing, usage and activity records; if storage removal fails, the request reports an error so it can be retried. Finish active jobs before requesting deletion. Downloads already copied to your device or shared with others cannot be recalled.

Operational logs, support correspondence and security records may remain outside the account database. Backups and incident records are not covered by an instant-erasure promise. For a complete deletion or access request, email Cameron; we will verify ownership, review remaining records and explain any legally necessary retention and outstanding cleanup. There is no verified universal backup-erasure deadline at present.

Routine web access logs rotate daily with 14 rotated files retained. Application and incident records may have different retention; we are reviewing those limits. Support correspondence is retained while handling the request and as necessary for follow-up, security or legal obligations, then reviewed for deletion.

Cookies, analytics and payments

The site uses essential sign-in cookies. Existing cart preferences may remain in your browser’s local storage; clearing site data removes them and may sign you out. Optional website analytics are disabled in this release. Server logs can still include IP address, request path, browser information and time for operation and security.

No payments are accepted in the current service. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded images for advertising. A future paid offering or materially different use of data will require updated notices before it starts.

Your choices and questions

You can stop using the service, clear browser data, disconnect Google access through your Google account, and request access, correction or deletion by email. Disconnecting Google does not itself delete images already held by Any2Image. This service is intended for people who can authorize processing of their images; it is not designed for children or classroom records. Contact Cameron if a child’s information was submitted.

We may request proportionate evidence of account ownership before disclosing or changing data. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about privacy concerns. Material changes to this notice will be identified with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
